Donovan Corey Lyons has been creating electronic music for the entirety of the 21st Century, and adopted the OAO3 moniker after moving to Chicago in 2003. The music has taken on many forms over the years, but has always maintained a core focus on ambience, texture and mood. Since 2005, all of the music has been performed and recorded live using a Nord Modular, Moogerfooger Ring Modular, Akai Headrush Pedal and a small mixer. OAO3 has performed extensively in the Chicago area and beyond, including the Midwest Electronic Music Summit in 2005 and the Electro-music.com conference in 2006. Lyons also plays guitar and sings for MILLIONS.
